The Principles of Pilates
Some basic exercises to introduce you to the Pilates method.
As with starting any other new form of exercise, it is prudent to consult your doctor before starting Pilates, especially if you have any health concerns, such as heart trouble, recent surgery or back pain.
If you are wanting to join a matwork class, you will need at least 2 private 1:1 sessions before you can fully participate in a class.
Private pilates classes
I teach 1:1 and 2:1 private sessions at a dedicated pilates studio in Westcott.
Private group classes
I teach groups of up to 8 people in client’s homes.
